OPEN COURSE
We come into life with our first breath. We are alive because we breathe. The reality is that the way we breathe is one of the single-most important factors influencing our physical, mental, and energetic well-being.Unfortunately, rather than breathing in an open and natural way, most people breathe with tension. If tension in the breathing becomes a habit, it becomes a source of unbalanced energy and ultimately can lead to stress, anxiety, and poor health. So why not try to breathe well? Why not do something to discover, experientially, what it’s like to breathe without tension? Instead of becoming a source of unbalanced energy and ultimately poor health, it is in our own power to develop a breathing pattern that can regenerate our vital force, give us good energy, promote health and well-being, and help us overcome tension and stress.
