Harmonious Breathing IN-depth course
NATURE OF THIS TRAINING
We are alive because we breathe. Breathing is the movement of life. Therefore, why don’t we try to do it well? Why do we not do it in a way that is free of tension and that instead of becoming a source of unbalanced energy and ultimately poor health, leads us to a regenerated vital force, good energy and healthy wellbeing?
Because very often we do not know how to do it. We do not have the tools to understand and to train. We do not have the knowledge to reshape our breathing patterns into a better, more complete and natural way.
Practicing some simple breathing exercises will help us discover or, better said, rediscover a more natural movement of breathing. A different dimension in our breathing and its relationship with the body and the movement.
Harmonious breathing is based in a series of exercises designed to open, relax and coordinate the function of breathing.
A fluent and complete breathing has beneficial and relaxing effects in our state. When breathing is smooth, continuous, slow and quiet, your body relaxes and the mind becomes calmer and more peaceful.
Breathing control is used in many relaxation methods, and it is a major goal in yoga. Its contribution in health and harmony has been known in the Eastern cultures for many centuries, and now it has been widely recognized by modern science.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR
This training is open to anyone who has training in any form of yoga or breathwork.

February 10th to 17th 2020.
Morning sessions: 10:00 - 12:30h. Afternoon sessions: 15:00 - 17:30h.

- Training in depth, learning and applying also in interaction with other participants
