All documents delivered as a result of this contractual relationship are the property of AIXA CORPORE, S.L. and are protected by Intellectual and Industrial Property rights.
The recipient of these documents, only has the right to private use of them in INTERNATIONAL DZOGCHEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF DZAMLING GAR, and needs express authorization of AIXA CORPORE, S.L. to modify, reproduce, exploit and especially commercialize them, or make use of any right belonging to its owner.
The client may only distribute the documents delivered by AIXA CORPORE, S.L. to the INTERNATIONAL DZOGCHEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF DZAMLING GAR or to whom AIXA CORPORE, S.L. expressly indicates, following the standards of confidentiality determined by current legislation, as well as the requirement of the competent public bodies and will be responsible for the proper custody of the same.
